Articles & a guided questionnaire
There’s no perfect plan. There’s only your next step.
Straedali is for people who feel stuck between what they’re doing and what they should do next. No perfect answer, no 40-step framework — just research-backed reading and a short questionnaire built to show you what’s actually holding you back.
Why Straedali
Built for the pause before the decision
Grounded in research
Every article and questionnaire item is built from published research on decision-making and behaviour change — not opinion pieces dressed up as advice.
Built for the stuck moment
Not generic productivity content. Straedali is written specifically for the point where you’ve stopped moving and can’t tell why.
Answers, not homework
The questionnaire takes about 12 minutes and ends with a plain-language read on what’s actually stuck — not a 20-page workbook.

Not a perfect answer. A next one.
I’d read a hundred “find your purpose” articles. This is the first one that just told me to pick the smallest next step.
Renske V. — took the questionnaire in March
The questionnaire didn’t tell me what to do with my life. It told me what to do this week. That’s what I actually needed.
Marcus T. — Clarity Report user
No fluff, no fifteen-step morning routine. Just a clear read on why I kept circling the same decision.

About Straedali
Started with a question we kept asking ourselves
Straedali began as a question one of us kept circling for two years: was this actually the wrong path, or was it just the next hard part of the right one? We built the questionnaire we wished existed — short, honest, and grounded in how people actually make decisions.

Start with one question instead of the whole plan. The questionnaire takes about 12 minutes and gives you a plain-language read on your next step.
About Straedali
We don’t have the perfect plan either. We just got better at finding the next step.
Our story
Straedali started with a question one of us kept asking for the better part of two years: was this actually the wrong path, or just the next hard part of the right one? Every piece of advice out there seemed to assume the answer was obvious. It wasn’t.
So we went looking for something else — not motivational content, but actual research on why people get stuck between decisions, and what tends to move them forward. We turned that research into short articles, and into a questionnaire that asks better questions than “what’s your passion?”
Straedali isn’t a therapist, a life coach, or a five-year plan. It’s a place to get honest, research-backed clarity on the one decision in front of you right now.
Our mission
To give people who feel stuck a clear, honest read on their next step — grounded in research, never in vibes.
What makes us different
No promise of a perfect answer
We won’t tell you the “right” life choice. We’ll help you name the smallest next step you can actually take.
Research over motivation
Every article cites the thinking behind it. No slogans, no “just believe in yourself” filler.
Respect for your time
A 12-minute questionnaire and a five-minute read. Straedali fits into a stuck Tuesday, not a weekend retreat.
Ready to name your next step?
Twelve minutes. One honest read on what’s actually stuck. No perfect plan required.
Services

Why “just follow your passion” is bad advice when you’re stuck
Passion is a poor filter for a first move. Here’s what decision research says to look at instead.
The difference between resting and avoiding
Both look like doing nothing from the outside. Here’s a short checklist to tell them apart.
What decision fatigue actually looks like at 9pm
It rarely looks like indecision. More often, it looks like suddenly not caring at all.
You don’t need a five-year plan. You need Tuesday’s plan.
Long-range plans are comforting and mostly wrong. Here’s a smaller, more honest unit of planning.
How to end a conversation you’ve been avoiding
The dread is almost always worse than the conversation. A short script for starting anyway.
The blank page isn’t the problem
Most creative stalls happen before the page — in an unclear sense of what “done” looks like.
Staying vs. leaving: a framework, not an answer
This isn’t a quiz that tells you what to do. It’s a structure for noticing what you already know.
Why your best ideas show up when you’re not “working”
There’s a reason showers and walks outperform staring at a screen. Here’s the short version.
Moving cities without losing the plot
A relocation is rarely just logistics. Here’s how to keep the decision from swallowing everything else.
